CHAPTER 326.
AN ACT to pay the claim of George C. Merrick,
State's Attorney for Prince George's county.
SUCTION 1. Be it enacted by) the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Comptroller, be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to issue his warrant on the
Treasurer, in favor of George C. Merrick, for the
sum of two hundred dollars, for services rendered by
him to the State of Maryland, in the investigation of
the following cases: State of Maryland versus John
Baden, administrator of James Baden, one of the
sureties on the bond of Thomas Bruce former Sheriff
of Prince George's county, for the year eighteen hun-
dred thirty-three; same versus John Baden, adminis-
trator of James Baden, one of the sureties on the
bond of Thomas Bruce. Sheriff of Prince George's

same versus same, one of the sureties on the bond of
Thomas Bruce, Sheriff of Prince George's county,
for the year eighteen hundred and thirty-one; same
versus Fielder Bowie and others, securities on the bond

versus Octavius (\ Harris and others, securities on
bond of James J. Chew, Sheriff of Prince George's
