CHAPTER 301.
AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay the
claims of "William Lockerman, Hugh C. Ramsey
and Joshua M. Comas.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treasury, he
and is hereby requested and directed to issue his war-
rant upon the Treasurer, to pay William Lockerman,
late collector of State Taxes for Caroline county, for
taxes overpaid as per the certificate of the Comptrol-
ler, fifty dollars and eighty cents; to Hugh C. Ram-
sey, late collector of State Taxes for Harford county,
for taxes overpaid, as per certificate of the Comptrol-
ler, forty-five dollars and forty-two cents; to Joshua
M. Comas, late collector of State Taxes for Harford
county, for 'taxes overpaid, as per certificate of the
Comptroller, thirty-nine dollars and eighty-seven
cents.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 302.
AN ACT to refund to R. N. Milburn, of St. Mary's
county, a certain sum of money erroneously paid
into the Treasury.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Treasurer of the State be and he
is hereby authorized and directed, upon the warrant
of the Comptroller, to pay to R. N. Milburn, of St.
Mary'8 county, the sum of fifty-two dollars and
ninety-two cents, being the sum the said R. N. Mil-
burn has erroneously paid into the Treasury.
SEC. 2. Awl be it enacted. That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
