to allow as a credit to said company all State taxes
paid by the several stockholders thereof on the stock
of said company held by them, as of the years respec-
tively in which said payments were so made.
SEC. 2. And be 'it further enacted. That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

In force. 		CHAPTER 300.
AN ACT to authorize the Judges of the Circuit
Court for Allegany county, to grant a Bill of Re-
view in the case of Henry J. McNamee, vs. his,
creditors.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Judges of the Circuit Court for
Allegany county be and they are hereby authorized
to grant and allow a Bill of Review in the case of
Henry J. McNamee against his creditors, number
thirty, insolvents to October Court, eighteen hundred
and fifty-nine, now pending in the Circuit Court for
Allegany county.
SEC. 2. And be it farther enacted. That said Bill of
Review shall have the same effect as if it had been
filed within the time allowed by law.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted. That this. Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
