CHAPTER 293.
AN ACT to authorize the Governor to appoint an
additional Justice of the Peace for the second
election district, and also an additional Justice of
the Peace for the ninth election district in Fred-
 
erick county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Governor be and he is hereby
authorize to appoint one additional Justice of the
Peace, for the second election district in Frederick
county, and also one additional Justice of the Peace
for the ninth election district in said county.
SEC. 2. And be. it enacted. That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
Approved April 1, 1872.
