Which waa read a first time and referred to the Committee*
on Corporations.
Also,
A bill, entitled an Act to add additional sections to Article
LXXXI. at the Code of Public General Laws of this State,
entitled "Revenue and Taxes," sub-title, "National Banks."
Which was read a first time, and referred to the Commit-
tee on Ways and Means.
Also,
A bill, entitled an Act to amend the Act passed at Janu-ary Session 1858, chapter 201, entitled an Act to incorporate
and endow the Cambridge Female Academy, so 1 as to change
the name of the corporation to that of the Cambridge Female
Seminary.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Dorches-ter delegation.
Mr. Deweese, Chairman of a Select Committee, to whom
was referred
The bill. entitled- an Act to exempt Caroline and Kent
counties from the operations of chapter 231 of the Public
Local Laws, entitled an Act to protect fish and wild fowl in
the writers of Queen Anne's, Kent, Caroline and Harford
counties, passed at the January Session, 1870,
Reported back the same.
Said bill being upon a third reading,
On motion of Mrs Deweese,
The vote by which said bill was ordered to a third reading
was reconsidered.
The bill then being upon a second reading,
Mr. Eareckson submitted the following amendment: ,,
AMENDMENT PROPOSED :
Section 1, line 2, after the word " Caroline" strike out
Queen Anne's.
Which wag adopted.
The bill, as amended, waa then read the second time, and
ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.
Mr. Dougherty, from the Committee on Ways and Means.

The bill, entitled an Ac!; (to release William W. Watting,
