LAWS OF MARYLAND.
in condemning and opening a road in said county
for public travel, leading from the Fredericktown
Turnpike Road to the Maiden's Choice Road, (which
said road is known by the name of Beachfield Ave-
nue,) be and the same is hereby declared valid and
the said road is hereby declared condemned and
opened for the purpose as aforesaid.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 202.
AN ACT to enable the Revd. Richard Fuller, of
Baltimore, to convey certain effects and property
by his last will and testament.
' SEC. 1. Be it hereby enacted by the General Assembly
' of Maryland, That the Rev. Richard Fuller of Balti-
more, is permitted to convey by his last will and tes-
tament, to the Eutaw Place Baptist Church of Balti-
more, a [a] residuary portion of the property and
estate of which he may die possessed; the said legacy
or devise to be used for the purpose of erecting a
chapel or place of worship in the City of Baltimore.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take-
effect from the date of its passage,
