CHAPTER 184.
AN ACT to refund Charles C. Hill, of Prince
George's county, moneys erroneously paid by him
to Inspectors of Tobacco in Baltimore city, for
outage and storage.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treasury is
hereby directed to issue his warrant on the Treasurer
in favor of Charles C. Hill, for the sum of ninety-
eight dollars and forty cents, for moneys erroneously
paid by him to Inspectors of Tobacco in Baltimore
city, said sum of money to he paid out of any unap-
propriated moneys in the treasury standing to the
credit of the tobacco fund.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act .shall take:
effect from the date of its passage.
