in their judgement the interest of the county require
it, to levy a sum of money on the assessable property
of said county, at the next levy term, to build a
bridge over Jones' Falls at the present terminus of
Roger's Avenue, and extend said avenue through to
the Falls Road, the whole to be let out to the lowest
responsible bidder.
SEC. 2. And be. it enacted. That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 166.
AN ACT to punish the shooting of foxes in Somerset
and Washington counties.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the. General Assembly of
Maryland, That any person who shall be convicted of
shooting any fox or foxes whilst pursued by dogs, in
Somerset and Washington counties, shall be liable to
a fine of five dollars, for each and every offence, to be
recovered before any Justice of the Peace in and for
said counties, as other small debts are now recover-
able.
SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
