SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage, and that all Acts
or parts of Acts inconsistent with the provisions of
this Act, be and the same are hereby repealed.

CHAPTER 164.
AN ACT to pay the bailiff's of the Circuit Court of
Frederick county at the end of each term of said
court.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Fred-
erick county shall annually levy upon the assessable
property of the county a sum sufficient to pay the
bailiff's of the Circuit Court of Frederick county, and.
provide for the payment of the same at the end of
each term of said court.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT authorizing and requiring the Commis-
sioners of Baltimore county, to build a bridge over
Jones' Falls at Roger's Avenue, in said county.
