to Henry D. Wright's mill and branch, thence with
said branch to the main branch of the Nanticoke
river, thence with said river to the month of Mile's
branch, thence with said branch to the county road
loading from Johnson's cross roads to Federalsburg,
thence with said county road to the place of begin-
ning.
SEC. 2. And, be it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 157.
AN ACT to repeal an Act, entitled an Act to amend
the sixteenth article of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, by adding thereto the following section,
relating to " Injunctions," passed at a special ses-
sion of the General Assembly, held at Frederick
April the twenty-six, eighteen hundred and sixty-
one, and to enact a substitute thereof.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section fifty-six of article sixteen of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Chancery,"
sub-title "Injunctions," be and the same is hereby
repealed, and the following enacted in lieu thereof:
SEC. 56. That in all cases pending on motion to
grant an injunction, motion to dissolve an injunction,
motion to appoint a receiver, or motion to rescind
an order appointing a receiver, the Court may, at the
instance of either party, order testimony to he taken
before such person, and upon such notice and in such
manner as the Court in its discretion may direct, to
be used at the hearing of such motion.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
