LAWS OF MARYLAND.
Commissioners for said county, for school purposes,,
to be expended under existing laws, and that so
much thereof, as may have been collected from
colored persons, shall be paid over to the said Board
of County School Commissioners, to be applied to
the education of colored children of said county, in
such a manner as to said Board of County School
Commissioners may seem best, or in such manner
as may hereafter be provided by law.
SEC. 194. And lie it enacted. That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 155.
AN ACT to repeal section fifty of article nine of
the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled " Charles
county," relating to Justices of the Peace and
and Constables, as enacted by chapter fifty-seven
of Acts passed January session, eighteen hundred'
and seventy.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section fifty of article nine of the
Code of Public Local Laws, entitled " Charles
county," relating to Justices of the Peace and Con-
stables, as enacted by chapter fifty-seven of Acts
passed January session, eighteen hundred and sev-
enty, be repealed, and the following enacted in lieu
thereof:
SEC. 50. There shall be the following number of
Justices of the Peace and Constables for Charles
county, to wit: for election district number one, one
Justice of the Peace and two Constables: for elec-
tion district number two, two Justices of the Peace-
and two Constables; for election district number
three, three Justices of the Peace and two Consta-
bles: for election district number four, two Justices;
