CHAPTER 132.
AN ACT to exempt Telasco Tribe, No. forty-six,
Independent Order Red Men, of Baltimore city,
from city taxation.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the. General Assembly of
Maryland, That the real and personal property of
Telasco Tribe, No. forty-six, Independent Order of
Red Men, a charitable Institution of the City of
Baltimore, be and is hereby exempted from city
taxation.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 134.
AN ACT to incorporate The Phoenix Manufactur-
ing Company of Baltimore County.
WHEREAS, James Mahool, Alien A. Chapman,
Joseph W. Jenkins, and others, have represented to
this General Assembly of Maryland that they are
already engaged in the business of manufacturing in
Baltimore county, in the State of Maryland, in which
a considerable amount of capital 'is now invested,
and are desirous of carrying on said business more
extensively than heretofore, and have applied to this
General Assembly for an Act of incorporation to
more fully accomplish the objects and purposes
aforesaid; therefore
SECTION 1. -Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That James Mahool, Alien A. Chapman,
Joseph W. Jenkins, Robert R. Kirkland, Samuel H.
Lyon, James S. Whedbee, John Merryman, and
Henry J. Michael, their associates, successors and
assigns, be and they are hereby incorporated and
