supplement to an Act, passed by the General Assembly of
Maryland, at January Session, 1864, chapter 96, entitled an

The bill, entitled an Act to make valid the sale and trans-
fer by the Union Bridge Turnpike Company to the Liberty,
Johnsville and Pipe Creek Turnpike Road Company, of all
that part of the road of said Union Bridge Turnpike Com-
pany, from Union Bridge, Carroll county, Maryland, to
Daniel Wolf's, in Frederick county, and to vest the fran-
chises of said Union Bridge Turnpike Company, or said part
of said Turnpike Road in the Liberty, Johnsville and Pipe
Creek Turnpike Road Company,
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays, an
