SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the fine imposed,
and collected under this Article, shall be applied
one-half to the informer and the balance to the
paving of streets in the village of Burkittsville, under
the supervision of the Justice of the Peace by whom
such fine was collected.

CHAPTER 68.
AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners
of Charles county, to review and correct the valua-
tion of the lands, in said county, assessed to Eliza-
beth E. Mathews and W. W. Dunnington.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Charles
county, be and they are hereby authorized to review
the assessment and valuation of the lands of Eliza-
beth E. Mathews and W. W. Dunnington, situated
in said county, and to correct and reduce such
assessment, if satisfied that the said lands, or any of
them, are erroneously assessed.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its approval by the Governor.
