Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill, entitled an Act to repeal sections 54 and (64, of
Article XV. of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
"Montgomery County," sub-title "Rockville," and section
55 of the Acts of 1870, chapter 170, entitled an Act to re-
peal sections 55, 56, 57, 58, 60, 65 and 73, of Article XV.
of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Montgomery
County,' sub-title "Rockville," and re enact the same with
amendments,
Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed {or a
third reading.
The bill, entitled an Act to give the sanction of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland to a deed from Win. 8. Keech,
Trustee, to the Trustees of the Chestnut Grove Presbyterian
Church, in Baltimore county,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed tor
a third reading.
The bill, entitled an Act to authorize Robert H. Smith,
Frank Magaw, Joseph M. Simms and James Boyce, to build
a bridge in Harford county,
Being upon a second reading,
On motion of Mr. Street!,
The further consideration thereof was postponed, and the
bill recommitted to the Select Committee, reporting the same..
The bill, entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Prince George's county to build a bridge,
Was lead a third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as-
follows.
