Goodsell, as Justices of the Peace for the Eighth Election District of Somerset county, the first to fill vacancy, and the second, a new appointment under the Act of 1872, and to reside at Crisfield in said county; and Samuel Web- ster a Justice of the Peace for the Ninth District of said county, under the Act of 1872; I also nominate the same gentlemen as Justices of the Peace for said county, from 1st Monday in May 1872, for two years.
