900 EXECUTIVE PROCEEDINGS "STATE OF MARYLAND, EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, Annapolis, March 18, 1872. Gentlemen of the Senate of Maryland : I have the honor to nominate the following named gentle- men of Washington county, as Justices of the Peace for said county, to fill offices created at the present Session of the Legislature: George W. Smith, Senior, for the Third Election District. William H. Lowe for the Fifth Election District. Ephraim W. Funk for the Seventeenth Election District. William Kreigh for the Fourth Election District. WM. PINKNEY WHYTE. On motion by Mr. Denson, The Senate advised and consented to the aforegoing nomina- tions. On motion by Mr. Denson, The Senate resumed the consideration of Legislative busi- ness. TUESDAY, March 19, 1872.
