On motion by Mr. Steiner, The Senate advised and consented to the appointment of Charles E. Trail as visitor to the Deaf and Dum Institution, vice Grayson Eichelberger, deceased, agreeably to the nomi- nation of the 5th inst. On motion by Mr. Steiner, The aforegoing nominations for Officers of Registration and Justices of the Peace, were referred to the Committee on Ex- ecutive nominations hereafter to be appointed.
