June 8, 1870.—Conrad Easterday, Justice of the Peace 7th district, (additional Justice provided for by law.) July 22, 1870.—Josephus Long, Justice of the Peace 13th district, vice J. Reddlemoser failed to qualify. July 28, 1870.—William Shultz, Officer of Registration 13th district, vice John W. England resigned. Aug. 11, 1870.—Hamilton Lindsay, Officer of Registration 8th district, vice Thomas Hammond failed to qualify. Aug. 26, 1870.—Jacob Young, Officer of Registration 3rd district, vice 1-. H. Herring failed to qualify. Aug. 26, 1870.—William Lorentz, Justice of the Peace 3rd district, vice E. L. Herring failed to qualify. Dec. 1, 1870.—Daniel Root, of R., Justice of the Peace 17th district, vice Daniel Bower failed to qualify. Pec. 18, 1870.—John Schultz, Justice of the Peace 9th dis- trict, vice P. G. M. Griffith resigned. Jan. 5, 1870.—Joshua Carnish, Justice of the Peace 3rd District, vice W. W.
