Stewart, Justice of the Peace 1st district, provided for by Act of Assembly. May 26, 1872—Sterling Smith, Justice of the Peace 1st district, vice George P. Ross, resigned. May 26, 1870—John E. Roby, Justice of the Peace 2nd district, vice John W. Simmons, re- signed. July 12, 1870—George P Wilkinson, Justice of the Peace 2nd district, vice John T. Wilkinson, resigned. Nov. 1, 1870—Daniel Boyd, Justice of the Peace 3rd district, vie" Jam s Harrison, deceased. Jan. 14, 1871—T. W.
