Tyson, Justice of the Peace 1st district, vice W. Hunter, deceased. Aug. 26, 1870.—William B. Gilpin, Officer of Registration 3d district, vice A. J. Scott, declined. Oct. 1, 1870.—William H. Pennington, Justice of the Pease 6th district, vice Jas. S. Rea failed to qualify. Oct. 22, 1870.—Jas. Cummings, Justice of the Peace 8th district, vice Joseph Peoples, failed to qualify. Oct. 22, 1870.—Joseph W. Abrahams^. Justice of the Peace 7th district, vice Eli Cosgrove, deceased. Jan. 6, 1871.—George W. Sheriff, vice self, failed to bond within the time required by law. Sept. 5, 1871.—Robert K. Morton, Officer of Registration 7th district, vice J. W. Abrahams, re- signed. Dec. 13, 1871.—James Spence, Justics of the Peace 3rd dis- trict, vice Enos Scarborough, deceased. ODEN BOWIE.
