796 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Apl. 1, On motion by Mr. Earle, the (rules were suspended,) BO as to give a third reading this day, to the House bill entitled an Act to pay Kelley, Piet & Co., and others, a sum of money, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Fields, Blake, Jump, Compton, Longwell, Carroll, Miller, Claggett, Spates, Denson, Sellman, Downs, Spencer, Dennis, Steiner—17. Earle, NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then read a third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Earle, Compton, Fields, Carroll, Jump, Claggett, Miller, Denson, Spates, Downs, Sellman, Dennis, Spencer—14. NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. The House bill to amend the charter of the Loudon Park Cemetery Company, of Baltimore county, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President; Fields, Compton, Longwell, Carroll, Miller, Crawford, Spates, Claggett, Sellman, Denson, Spencer, Downs, Steiner, Dennis, Wilson—16. NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. On motion by Mr. Spates, (the rules were suspended,) so as to give a third reading this day to the House bill relating to Turnpike Road Companies in Baltimore county, as follows: |
