Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. The House bill entitled an Act to repeal certain sections of Article XVI., of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Prince George's county," under the head of Collectors, enac- ted by the Act of 1868, chapter 330, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Miller, Compton, Spates, Claggett, Sellman, Dennis, Steiner, Fields, Tuck, Henry, Wilson—13. Longwell, NEGATIVE.—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. The House bill entitled an Act to pay Charles W. Ran- kin, the balance of pension due to Sarah Wells, Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Longwell, Compton, Miller, Claggett, Spates, Downs, Sellman, Dennis, Steiner, Fields, Tuck, Henry, Wilson—14. NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. On motion by Mr. Fields, The Senate proceeded to Executive Session. |
