1872,} OF THE SENATE. 791 'The House bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the Clerk of the County Commissioners of Dorchester county to administer an oath or affirmation upon any claim against said county, or upon any official paper or papers in connec- tion with his office, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Henry, Blake, Longwell, Compton, Miller, Crawford, Spates, Claggett, Sellman, Downs, Tuck, Dennis, Wilson—15. Fields, NEGATIVE—None.
