When, Mr. Compton, from the Committee on the Chesa-
peake Bay and its Tributaries, reported favorably on
The House hill entitled an Act to repeal section 20, of
Article XXXXI. of the Code of Public General Laws, and
re-enact the same with amendments.
On motion by Mr. Compton,
The rules were suspended, so as to give said bill a third
reading this day, as follow:
