The House bill entitled an Act to pay Frederick Raine a sum of money due him for publishing the laws of the Ses- sion of 1868, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Henry, Blake, Jump, Carroll, Longwell, Crawford, Miller, Denson, Spates, Downs, Sellman, Dennis, Spencer, Earle, Wilson, Fields, Williams—18. NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. Joint Resolutions requesting Hen. Levin Woolford to re- vise and systemise the Revenue Laws of the State, Were read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Longwell, Blake, Miller, Carroll, Spates, Crawford, Sellman, Denson, Spencer, Downs, Timmons, Dennis, Tuck, Henry, Wilson—17. Jump, NEGATIVE—None.
