Which was read the second time.
The House bill entitled an Act to pay Frederick Raine a
sum of money due him for publishing the laws of the Ses-
sion of 1868,
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:

vise and systemise the Revenue Laws of the State,

follows, so as to give a third reading this day to the House
bill entitled an Act to pay Henry Brooks, Clerk of the Cir-
cuit Court for Prince George's county, his claim against the
State of Maryland:
