Mr. Henkle submitted the following amendment:
Provided, however, that Anne Arundel and Prince'
George's counties be excepted from the said amendment and
repeal of section 2 of Article LXIV. ; and (hat the said sec-
tion, or the said Article, still be and remain in force in the
said county.
