The House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 11 and 12,
of Article VII., of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to
the appointment of the Clerk to County Commissioners of
Carroll county, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Finance.

The House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 82, of Arti-
cle VIII., of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Cecil Coun-
ty," sub-title "Elkton," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Finance.

The House bill entitled an Act to amend sections 40 and 41,
of Article XXII., of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Worcester County," sub-title "Election," as amended 1, of
