Also, The House bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the County Commissioners of Frederick county to subscribe to the capital stock of certain railroads. Which was read the first time, and referred to Messrs. Steiner, Jump and Downs- Also, The House bill entitled an Act to add an additional section to Article XXI., of the Code of Public Local Laws. Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com- mittee on Finance.
