chapter 477, entitled an Act to repeal the Act of 1867, chap-
ter 385, in relation to Pensions.
Which wag read the first time and referred to the Commit-

The House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Carroll-
ton Fire Insurance Company of Baltimore.
Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.

The House bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the County Commissioners of Frederick county to subscribe
to the capital stock of certain railroads.
