The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 10, 11,
12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21, 23, 29, 30 and 38, of Article LXI. of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Mechanics' Lien,"
and to re-enact the same with amendments,
Was considered and postponed.
The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 79, of
Article XXVI. of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Corporations," and to re-enact the same with amendments,
Wag considered and postponed.
The Senate bill entitled an Act to secure protection of life
to 'travellers on the highways of Maryland,
Was considered and postponed.
The House bill entitled an Act for the protection of terra-
pins in the waters of Dorchester county,
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
