Which was read the second time. Mr. Spencer, from a Select Committee; reported fa- vorably on The bill to vest certain property in the Westminster Presbyterian Church, of Kent county. Which was read the second time, Mr. Carroll, from a Select Committee, reported fa- vorably on The House bill to repeal section 8, of Article XIII., of the Local Laws of Howard county, sub-title "County Commis- sioners." Also, favorably on The bill to repeal section 6, of Article XIII., of Public Local Laws of Howard county, sub-title "County Commis- sioners." Which were severally read the second time. |
