The House bill entitled an Act to vest certain property
therein mentioned in the Westminster Presbyterian Church,
of Kent county.
Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Spencer, Earle and Williams.
Also, returned
The Senate bill repealing the Act of 1870, relating to offi-
cers of the General Assembly,
Endorsed "Passed by yeas and nays.''
Also, returned
The Senate bill relating to insurance companies doing bu-
siness in this State,
Endorsed "Passed by yeas and nays, with amendments,"
On motion by Mr. Earle,
The amendments were concurred in, and the bill passed
by yeas and nays, as follows:
