Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates,
The House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 211, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title ''Anne Arundel County,"
sub-title "Wild Fowl," and to enact the following section in
lieu thereof,
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows :

Mr. Timmons, from a Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,
The House bill entitled an Act to prohibit the sale of
spirituous or fermented liquors, or any other article of traf-
fic, within two miles of any festival or picnic held for the
benefit of churches or schools in Worcester county.
Said bill was then read the second time.
Mr. Downs, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,
The House bill entitled an Act to enable the Judges of the
Circuit Court for Somerset county, to make certain recom-
mendations.
Which was read the second time.
The Senate bill entitled an Act to refund Thomas Clagett,
of Prince George's county, moneys erroneously paid by him
to Inspectors of Tobacco in Baltimore City, for outage and
storage,
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
The Senate bill entitled an Act to refund to Thomas
Clagett, Charles ©Clagett, W. Wheeler, Attorney of William
DeCranx, and Isaac Scaggs, certain sums of money errone-
ously paid by them into the Treasury of Maryland,
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
