Brad- ley, Samuel Phillips and Dr. Washington Finley, adminis- trators of Limuell Roberts, securities on the bond of Noah O. Merchant, late Collector of State and County taxes in the First Election District of Queen Anne's County, for the years 1867 and 1868, trim the payment of interest on their pay- ment of balance of principal, due on the State bond of said Merchant, into the Treasury of the State, by the 15th day of December. 1872, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Longwell, Blake, Spates, Carroll, Sellman, Denson, Steiner, Davit, Tuck, Downs, Wilson, Earle, Williams—14. NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. The Senate bill entitled an Act; to repeal sections 130 and 140, of Article VII. of the Code of Public Local Laws, of Carroll county, title "New Windsor," and to re-enact the same with amendments and sub-sections, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Longwell, Blake, Spates, Carroll, Sellman, Denson, Steiner, Davis, Tuck, Downs, Wilson, Earle, Williams—14. NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. The Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the New Windsor Town Hall Company, in the Town of New Wind- sor, Carroll county, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows : AFFIRMATIVE.
