121, of-Article I., of the Code of Public Local Laws, of Alle-
gany county, relating to the town of Oakland, in said county,
and to substitute in lieu of section 117 and 121, the fol-
lowing.

The Senate bill, entitled an Act to repeal sections 170, 171
and 172, of Article I., of the Code of Public Local Laws, un-
der the head of Allegany county, relating to weights and
measures, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

The Senate bill, entitled an Act to refund to Edward W.
Mealey, administrator of Edward Mealey, of Washington
county, deceased, the sum of four hundred and forty-two dol-
lars and seventy cents, the amount of a bail bond, interest
and costs, forfeited to the State, by Edward M. Mealey, of
Washington county, deceased, as surety for Leo Albough,
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

The Senate bill, entitled a supplement to an Act to incor-
porate the Lutheran Congregation of St. Paul's, Christ's Lu-
theran Church, St. Matthew's Lutheran Church and Mount
Zion Lutheran Church in Frederick county, passed at the
December Session, 1849, chapter 310,
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

The Senate bill, entitled an Act to repeal, amend and re-
enact section 7, of Article XII. of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Harford. County," sub-title "Almshouse,"

an Act to incorporate the Franklin Savings Bank of Freder-
