Also, The Senate bill, entitled a supplement to an Act to incor- porate the Lutheran Congregation of St. Paul's, Christ's Lu- theran Church, St. Matthew's Lutheran Church and Mount Zion Lutheran Church in Frederick county, passed at the December Session, 1849, chapter 310, Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays." Also, The Senate bill, entitled an Act to repeal, amend and re- enact section 7, of Article XII. of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Harford.
