The Senate bill, entitled an Act to amend the Act entitled an Act to incorporate the Board of Benificence of St. John's Independent Methodist Protestant Church in the City of Bal- timore, passed at the January Session, 1864, chapter 144, by enlarging the capacity of the said corporation to hold prop- erty. Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays." Also, The Senate bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 161, of Article XXI., of the Public Local Laws, title "Washington County," sub-title "Hancock," and to re-enact the .same with amendments, and to add sub-section thereto. Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays." Also, The Senate bill, entitled a supplement to the Act passed by the General Assembly of Maryland, at December Session, 1831, chapter 54, entitled an Act to incorporate the Frede- rick and Woodsborough Turnpike Road Company. Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays'" Also, The Senate bill, entitled an Act for the relief of the credi- tors of the late William M.
