City Savings Bank of Cumberland, Maryland.

The Senate bill, entitled an Act to amend the Act of March
Session, 1865, chapter 147, entitled an Act to incorporate the
"Empire Coal Company of Allegany County," by adding
thereto additional section, and providing for an increase of
the number of Directors of the said Company and of its capi-
tal stock, and for the appointment of a Vice-President to said
Company.

The Senate bill, entitled an Act giving the sanction of the
General Assembly of Maryland, to certain legacies bequeathed
by the late will and testament of George Williams, (col'd,)
