The House bill, entitled an Act for the protection of, and
to regulate the time and manner of catching fish and terra-
pins in that portion of the Potomac River, between Mary-
land Point, in Charles county, and Chiseldon's Island, in St.
Mary's county.
Which was read the second time.
Mr. Tuck, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported
A bill, entitled an Act to repeal, amend and re-enact sec-
tions 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21, 23, 29, 30 and 31 of Ar-
ticle LXI. of the Code of Public General Laws, title, " Me-
chanics' Lien."
Which was read the first time and ordered to be printed.
The House bill, entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Prince George's county to build a bridge
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as.
follows:
