The Senate bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 4, of an Act passed by the General Assembly of Maryland at its January Session, 1870, chapter 99, entitled an Act to lay off streets in Baltimore county, adjoining Baltimore City, and to repeal certain Acts inconsistent therewith, and to re-enact the same with amendments, " Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Miller, Blake, Spates, Compton, Sellmen, Carroll, Spencer, Crawford, Tuck, Denson, Wilson, Davis, Williams—15. Downs, NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. The House bill, entitled an Act to direct the Comptroller to issue his warrant to the Treasurer, to pay to Luther Gid- dings the sum of twenty-four hundred and ninety-five dol- lars, for printing, binding and distributing the report of the Board of State School Commissioners, for year 1870, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE.
