Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs. Tim- mons, Carroll and Miller. The House bill, entitled an Act to repeal chapter 182, of the Act passed at January Session, 1870, relating to Militia. Which was read the first time and referred to the Com- mittee on Militia. The House bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 45, Arti- cle XXVIII., of the Code of Public General Laws, title "County Commissioners," sub-title "Private Roads," and. to enact the following in lieu thereof. Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit- tee on Judicial Proceedings. The House bill, entitled an Act to authorize and require the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Baltimore county, to record. such Chancery and Injunction Oases decided in said Court, as involve title to land, and to which have not been hereto- fore recorded. Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs. Davis, Steiner and Downs. The House bill, entitled an Act for the protection of the Chancery Records of Baltimore City, Was read the first time and referred to the Baltimore City Senators. The House bill, entitled an Act to exempt the Second Elecetion district of Baltimore county from the operation of chapter 266, of Public Local Laws, passed January Session, 1870, relating to swine running at large. Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs. Davis, Steiner and Downs. Also, returned, The Senate bill, entitled an Act to relieve the sureties of Charles Parker, of Worcester county. Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays." On motion by Mr. Fields, The Senate adjourned. |
