The House bill, entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact cer- tain sections of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Oys- ters," relating to the taking and catching oysters with rakes, Being on its third reading, Mr. Henry submitted the following amendment: Strike out the word "October," in lines 9 and 10, and insert the word "June." Which was adopted. Said bill as amended, was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Miller, Blake, Stephenson, Carroll, Spates, Craw ford, Sellman, Denson, Spencer, Davis, Steiner, Dennis, Timmons, Earle, Tuck, Henry, Wilson, Longwell, Williams—20. NEGATIVE—None.
