The House bill, entitled an Act to authorize the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Montgomery county to place certain fees in the hands of the Sheriffs of the several counties of this State, and the City of Baltimore, for collection, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE.
