F, May and others, late Grain Inspectors in the City of Baltimore, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Longwell, Blake, Miller, Compton, Stephenson, Carroll, Spates, Denson, Sellman, Davis, Spencer, Dennis. Steiner, Fields, Tuck, Henry, Wilson—19. Jump, NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates Mr. Stephenson, from the Committee on Agriculture, re- ported favorably, The House bill, entitled an Act relating to "Weights and Measures." Which was read the second time. On motion by Mr. Spates, The rules being suspended, as required by section 27, of Article III., of the Constitution, so as to give a third read- ing this day to The House bill, entitled an Act creating a new election dis- trict in Allegany county, as follow : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Jump, Blake, Longwell, Compton, Miller, Carroll, Stephenson, Crawford, Spates, Denson, Sellman, Davis, Spencer, Dennis, Steiner, Fields, Tuck, Henry, Wilson—20. NEGATIVE—None.
