Mr. Longwell, from a Select Committee, reported favor- ably, The House bill, entitled an Act to repeal the Act of 1868, chapter 112, incorporating the Turnpike Road Company from Westminster to the Baltimore and Liberty Road. Which was read the second/time. Also, reported favorably, The House bill, entitled an Act to incorporate the New Windsor Town Hall Company, in New Windsor, Carroll county. Which was read the second time. The House bill, entitled an Act to amend the charter of the Continental Fire and Marine Insurance Company of Bal- timore, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and follows : AFFIRMATIVE Messrs.
