The Senate bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 872, of
Article IV., of the Public Local Laws of the City of Balti-
more, entitled an Act to authorize the extension of the lim-
its of direct taxation within the City of Baltimore, be, and
the same is hereby repealed, and the following re-enacted in
lieu thereof,
Being upon its second reading,
On motion by Mr. Blake,
Was recommitted to the Senators from Baltimore City.
