Reported unfavorably thereon, and On motion by Mr. Tuck, Wag postponed until Wednesday next. The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and deliver- ed the following message: BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES, March 8, 1872. Gentlemen of the Senate: We respectfully request your Honorable Body to return the Senate bill, entitled an Act to prohibit the granting of licenses for the sale of spirituous liquors at or near Emory Grove Camp Meeting Association Grounds, which bill re- ceived the unfavorable consideration of this Body. By order, MILTON Y. KIDD, Chief Cleric Mr. Longwell submitted the following response : BY THE SENATE, March 8, 1872. Gentlemen of the House of Delegates : We have received your message asking the return of Senate bill, entitled an Act to prohibit the granting of licen- ses for the sale of spirituous liquors at or near Emory Grove Camp-Meeting Association Grounds, and respectfully return the same.
