The House bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 16, of
Article XLI, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
* Fish and Fisheries," sub-title " Potomac."
Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.
Also,
The House bill, entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed at
the January Session, 1868, chapter 266, entitled a supple-
ment to the Act passed at the January Session of 1864, chap-
ter 116, entitled an Act to revive and extend an Act to incor-
porate the Wicomico and Pocomoke Railroad Company,
with amendments, passed December Session, 1847, and to
re-enact the same with amendments.
Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.
The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and delivered
the following message:
BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
February 21, 1872.
Gentlemen of the Senate:
We have received your message informing us that your
Honorable Body has passed an order (two-thirds of all the
members present concurring therein) that the General As-
sembly of Maryland stand adjourned from to-day until Mon-
day, 26th instant, and the House of Delegates concur
therein.

Chief Clerk.
Also, returned
The Senate bill, entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact,
with amendments, chapter 44, of the Acts of 1870, entitled
an Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, section 170,
of Article XXX., of the Public General Laws, title "Crimes
and Punishments," sub-title "Rivers,"
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays with proposed amend-
ment."
On motion by Mr. Williams,
The amendment to said bill was concurred in.
Said bill was then passed by yeas and nays as follows:
