Also, The Senate bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 65, of Article XIX., of the Code of Public Local Laws of Somerset County, relating to Justices of the Peace and Constables, Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays." Also, The Senate bill, entitled an Act to authorize the County Commissioners of Washington county to issue bonds to raise money to build a Court House in said county, Endorsed, "Considered, amended, and passed by yeas and nays." On motion by Mr. Claggett, The amendment was adopted. Said bill as amended was then passed, ad follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Longwell, Carrol], Miller, Crawford, Stephenson, Claggett, Spates, Earle, Sellman, Fields, Tuck, Henry, Wilson—14. NEGATIVE—None. Also, The House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Lubri- cating Car Axle Company of Baltimore. Which was read and referred to the Committee on Corpor- ations. On motion by Mr. Stephenson, Leave was granted to Messrs. Stephenson, Claggett and Crawford to prepare and report a bill to more particularly define the powers and duties of County Commissioners in Harford county.
