the matter of tolls charged upon the Washington Branch of
the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company was taken up.
Mr. Denson moved to postpone further consideration of
aid report until the first day of March.
Mr. Tuck moved to amend .the motion by postponing until
Tuesday next.
The yeas and nays being called, the amendment was deter-
mined in the affirmative, as follows :

The rules being suspended, as required by section 27, of
Article III. of the Constitution, so as to give said bill a third
leading this day, as follows :
