On the nineteenth day of February, A. D., eighteen hun-
dred and seventy-two, personally appeared before me, the
subscriber, a Justice of the Peace for the City of Baltimore
aforesaid, George H. Williams, Secretary of the Baltimore
and Harford Turnpike Company, and made oath, according
to law, that the above abstract is just and true, to the best
of his knowledge and belief.
